  • #1. A project is something undertaken either individually or collaboratively to achieve a short to long term goal. Successful projects are usually ones that stay within the projected time and budget while maintaining good quality.

  • #2. A work breakdown structure is a way of organizing a project into several elements/steps, placed in hierarchal order of importance. The order that the project elements follow is usually determined by the start or completion of other elements.
