Assignment: The KEY STAKEHOLDER TEMPLATE is a blank form available to use and posted on Edmodo. Using one of the project examples you created, each student should complete all sections except for Desired Results and Exclusions of the form and post it to Edmodo. You must also complete the Desired Results section for one other person who not yet had it completed and the Exclusions section from another person.

PROJECT PURPOSE (key reason[s] for the project)

Q: Why are you pursuing this project? A: I’ve been wrapped up at home recently and I need to have a high-quality Volcano in time for my science fair.
Q: What is your Budget? A: $50, but I am flexible if more funds are needed.
Q: What is your deadline for this project to be completed? A: I need this project done by January 3rd.
Q: How would you define success in a project like this? A: Something that looks like a real volcano, and is ready by the January 3rd deadline.

DESCRIPTION (the how, what, and when of key deliverables)

Q: How do you envision the completed product. A: I envision something that looks pretty close to the real thing, and functions like the real thing.

Q: When you mentioned high-quality, what specifics are you looking for? A: I’m looking for a realistic looking 3-D model of a volcano complete with the lava mixture looking like actual lava (food coloring), and finally the project must be button actuated.

Q: Why are you pursuing this project? A: We are planning on having a traditional wedding with and will need a wedding cake.
Q: What is your project budget? A: Around $150 
Q: What is your project deadline? A: September 21st.
Q: How many guests are you expecting? A: 50-100 people

Description:


Q: what flavor or flavors would you like the cake? A: I want it all to be chocolate.
Q: What is your wedding theme? A: Under the sea. Q: How big do you want it? A: I want a five layered cake. Q: Will you allow fondant? A: Absolutely Not!  Q: Do you have any specific designs or colors? A: I would like a blue cake with subtle designs.

DESIRED RESULTS 


The following represents a list of specific and measurable deliverables:
March – Have a sketch of wedding cake completed and have the design signed off on August – gather appropriate resources/materials for supporting cake Early September – gather appropriate ingredients, and decorations to top the cake September 19th – start cake mix and bake the cakes, make the fillings and icings, stick in refrigerator Morning of September 21st – Cake is completed and is transported to the event

Q: Why are you pursuing this project? 
A: In order to create expand on a faster and more economically responsible transportation method for the LA County area to the San Bernardino County.
Q: What is your budget?
A: $5 million 
Q: What is your project deadline?
A: January 2023
Q: How would you define success?
A: A significant drop in the congestion of traffic on the freeways heading eastbound of LA, from LA county to San Bernardino county as close to budget as possible.

DESCRIPTION (the how, what, and when of key deliverables)

Q: How many stops are you looking to add and to which line are you adding to?
A: The gold-line goes directly towards San Bernardino County and we are looking to add 6 more stops, averaging at a production rate of 2 stops per year.
Q: What cities would you like to add stops in?
A: La Verne, Claremont, Pomona, Upland, Ontario, and Rancho Cucamonga

 The rail line must grow at 2 stops per year, in order to curb the congestion on the freeways heading east bound even if this requires more funding to accomplish.
